I hope this note finds you and your loved ones healthy and well.
These past few weeks have been among the most emotional and taxing times that most of us have experienced in our lifetimes. All around the world, families, companies, and communities have felt the impact of the coronavirus. The social distancing required during this time has revealed something about ourselves: our deep need to be connected with one another.
We feel privileged you trust us with your and your family’s dental health.
WE ARE HERE FOR YOU. Given that our Governor considers dentistry an “Essential Service”, we are committed to being in the office every workday during normal business hours so that we are available to meet our patients’ needs. Please call us at (724) 452-4300 with any dental concerns: pain; discomfort; inability to chew properly; sensitivity; etc. By continuing to be open, we are limiting unnecessary ER visits, keeping hospital resources to those in serious need, and making sure you receive proper dental care.
If you are experiencing a true dental emergency outside of normal business hours, please feel free to personally call or text me at (412) 389-4997. My team and I have embraced “teledentistry” and many of our patients have texted photos or videos of their mouth and teeth asking for my advice. We’re adapting to help meet your needs.
We empathize with the feeling of uncertainty during this time and we want you to know that you are not alone. We will get through this together. Our nation and community will recover. When we do, we want you to schedule for your dental services with even more confidence because of the actions we took on behalf of our patients and our team members.
