It’s that time of year – Marion Smile Center is embarking on the 7th annual charity event to help the local community! Dr. Mark Marion and his dental team have selected the Zelienople Area Public Library as their 2022 recipient of their annual “Whiten for Charity” campaign!
100% of all teeth whitening done at their office from March 1st through June 30th will benefit Children’s Charities.
Back in 2016, the Zelienople Area Public Library received over $5,000 from Dr. Marion and his team during their 1st annual Whiten for Charity campaign. Dr. Marion has personally pledged $10,000 to help the library again in 2022.
How Can Professional Teeth Whitening Help a Library?
The money Dr. Marion and his dental team raise during the 2022 Whiten for Charity will be put toward a new 3,000-square-foot addition and renovation to the Zelienople library. The Children’s section will be moved from the basement of the current library to the open, airy, and high-tech new 1st-floor addition. It will also include a new multipurpose room, generous restroom facilities, a meeting room for community members to use, a larger parking lot, and more!
Dr. Marion and his team are great supporters of the Zelienople community. Over the past 6 years, his team has raised over $80,000 for various charities, including:
- Zelienople-Harmony Food Bank
- Zelienople-Harmony Fire Department
- Zelienople Community Park
- Zelienople Community Pool
- Zelienople Area Public Library
